Scholarship Background

The University of Oxford Rhodes Scholarship is open for International Students from 3 June 2024. There are two scholarships available for the international students.

If you have not received any other Rhodes Scholarships and from the rest of the world, you can apply for the fund. However, you have to receive a nomination.

So, how to get the nomination.

The answer is, you can receive the nomination through the Application form. If you don’t receive a nomination from the University, you will be ineligible for the University of Oxford Rhodes Scholarship.

Moreover, a member of the Rhodes House Team will verify all the provided information and give confirmation of your eligibility.

Remember this will be done via the Application Form, you can submit the application upon receiving the approval.

Eligibility Criteria: Rhodes Scholarship

You will be considered as an eligible candidate by a member of the Rhodes House if you meet the below criteria:

You must fulfill the residency requirements as per the Rhodes Constituency
You are 18-24 years of old as of 1^st October 2024
Your age is not more than 27 as of 1^st October 2024
You have completed an undergraduate degree with an academic result of first class or equivalent
You have high standard of English proficiency as the University of Oxford has specific English Language Proficiency Requirements.
