Scholarship Background
The University of Birmingham grants £4,000 scholarship for Indian students. This scholarship is a collaboration with our local representatives and high schools.
It collaborates with different sectors like industry, business, universities, and governments globally to enhance various fields such as rail engineering, maternal health, inter-faith studies, air and water pollution, and social inequality.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates must:
- An offer from the University of Birmingham.
- Fulfill the academic requirements specified in the offer for the program.
- Be considered as a permanent resident of India.
- Begin their academic program at the university in September 2024 (it is not possible to postpone the scholarship grant).
- Register and submit your undergraduate study application through one of our local representatives listed below in alphabetical order.
- Turn in your scholarship application by May 31, 2024 through a local representative.
- Upon registration in September 2024, students must pay their remaining tuition fees for the first year by November 1, which is right after enrolling.

Applicants will only be required to participate in an online interview if the University cannot select an awardee based solely on academic merit, such as when two candidates have the same grades.
The decisions will be made known in the beginning of July and the scholarships will be given once the students register in September 2024.
