The University of Strathclyde Glasgow Scholarship: Artificial Intelligence for Early Detection of Cancers

The University of Strathclyde Glasgow scholarship program looks candidates for a 3.5-year PhD program. The program is about “Artificial Intelligence for Early Detection of Cancers with Spectroscopic Liquid Biopsies.” 

“Spectroscopic Liquid Biopsies” is a technique used to analyze liquids for diagnostic purposes. This innovative technology revolutionizes the medical industry. 

Within the recently established Strathclyde Centre for Doctoral Training in Artificial Intelligence for Molecular Exploration. 

The PhD program will offer instruction in artificial intelligence. The areas of expertise include intelligence, cancer diagnosis, chemometrics/data science, and the analysis of vibrational spectroscopy data.

  • First-class or upper second-class UK Honours degree in Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.  
  • IELTS score of 6.5 for non UK students Note: no section scoring below 5.5.
